The Academic Board Meeting of Giresun University’s Faculty of Education for the 2026–2027 academic year was held with the participation of faculty members. Dean Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şanal delivered the opening speech, and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Güven Özdem also addressed the attendees.

Vice Dean Asst. Prof. Dr. Özge Metin shared details regarding the practices implemented at the faculty over the past two months and plans for the upcoming term. The presentation covered topics such as updating web pages, reorganizing committees, accreditation efforts, and establishing a digital evidence repository.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Hakan Sipahi from the Quality and Accreditation Coordination Office provided information on KAP, GİMER, and KVYS. Additionally, the meeting addressed double major and minor programs, the preparation of course schedules, and procedures for documenting academic advising processes.
