A meeting on General Culture Elective (GKSEÇ) and Professional Knowledge Elective (MBSEÇ) courses was held at our Faculty on October 6, 2026, in Classroom A.2.4, chaired by Vice Dean Asst. Prof. Dr. Özge METİN.

During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the preparation of common course syllabi through mutual agreement among instructors teaching the same courses, using the course content determined by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) as a basis, and ensuring consistency in assessment criteria and student workloads. It was decided that the common syllabi would be completed and submitted to the Dean's Office by the first week of December, along with a list of instructors teaching the same courses.

It was also decided to continue managing the process through the existing Google Drive folders during the fall semester. The importance of administering student expectation surveys for each course and using the analysis results to improve course quality was emphasized. Furthermore, participants highlighted the need to follow the workflow chart to ensure that the process is carried out in a planned, efficient, and effective manner.
