The project titled "Career Development of Immigrant University Students: An Investigation from the Perspective of Work Psychology," led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Ulaş Kılıç—a faculty member in the Department of Educational Sciences, Division of Guidance and Psychological Counseling—has been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK 1002 – Rapid Support Program.

The project aims to examine the career development processes of immigrant university students through the lens of work psychology. The research will address the individual and contextual factors shaping the students' career development, as well as the conditions they encounter during the transition to working life.

The findings of the research are expected to contribute to a better understanding of the career development processes of immigrant university students and to the development of evidence-based support practices for them.

We congratulate our faculty member, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Ulaş Kılıç, and wish her success with her project.
