01 · OUR PURPOSE

Our Mission

Our mission is to generate knowledge through high-quality, innovative and interdisciplinary scientific research in the field of educational sciences; to educate professionally and socially responsible teachers who are committed to the fundamental values of the Republic and the principles of scientific ethics, who can think critically and creatively, use educational technologies effectively, and apply and advance educational theories on a scientific basis through a student-centred and inclusive approach to education; and to continuously improve education, research and community engagement processes in cooperation with stakeholders.

Our Vision

Our vision is to become a Faculty of Education that is a national leader and internationally recognised and preferred for its scientific research, innovative educational practices and community engagement in teacher education and educational sciences; that develops scientific solutions to the current and future needs of the education system, supports digital transformation and sustainable development, and continuously learns and advances.
